This patient was missing the upper left back teeth.  She had a sinus bone graft and four implants placed.  The back teeth were restored with porcelain crowns and the upper front six teeth with six porcelain veneers.  She also whitened her lower teeth to get a better matching color of porcelain.

Her six teeth had been restored with direct composite and they were very discolored.  We placed six Empress porcelain crowns on her front teeth  The upper right side was restored with porcelain reinforced crowns.  She also whitened her lower teeth.

Problem & Procedure

The patient presented with over-contoured teeth with spaces.  A removable orthodontic appliance was used to reposition the teeth and close spaces prior to restorative treatment.  The gingival (gum) tissues were recontoured using a laser.  An esthetic workup was done to develop a great looking smile.  The upper six teeth were restored with Empress porcelain veneers.
